  • What is the capacity? Occupancy is 120 guests

  • Can we bring alcohol, hire caterers, or a D.J? Serving of alcohol is permitted for guests 21 years of age and older. Selling alcohol is prohibited! Yes, you may hire insured caterers and DJs. Note: We also provide these services by request.

  • Is parking available?

    $3.00 PER 2 HOURS
    MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8AM-8PM

  • How do I book? Contact us to inquire about dates.

  • How Long can I book the venue? We offer 4 hour, 6 Hour and all day time slots. We also offer Full Day Packages

    • Additional hours are $100 per hour(as availability permits)

  • How much is the deposit? A $200 retainer is required. Your retainer reserves your event date and time. Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. Remaining balance can be broken into 2 payments. Final Payment is due 14 days before your event and includes a $100 REFUNDABLE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT. Incidental deposit is returned within 48hours after event given no damages have occurred. Full payment & contract obligations are required before access will be granted.

  • What is the cancellation policy? If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your retainer($200). No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance(no exceptions). Kyle Martin Event Venue will make every accommodation to reschedule events as availability permits. A rescheduling fee may apply.

  • How do I take a tour? Contact Us for availability!

  • Can we hang decor? Yes, the use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
